Earn Your Wings
After you attend a New Student Orientation session, you'll be ready to "Earn Your Wings." Upperclassmen have prepared a week chock full of fun that will help you meet fellow students and cotton to OC's history and spirit. Activities feature inspirational speakers, small discussion groups, a heap of entertainment and the start of your Freshman Seminar class. This event has a great reputation for getting buckaroos started on a successful college experience.
Dates
Earn Your Wings begins Tuesday, August 26 and continues through Saturday, August 30. You'll receive more information as the event approaches.
Cost
The $200 program cost (to be paid at NSO or online prior to the event) covers all activities, materials, and meals for both New Student Orientation and Earn Your Wings. CLEP test costs are not included. Should circumstances prevent an NSO attendee from attending OC, refunds in the amount of $150 are available until July 30. After that date, only $50 will be refunded.
Housing
For the August New Student Orientation session and Earn Your Wings, you can cool your heels after you move directly into your new dorm room.
