Application

Submitting the application is the first step to becoming an OC student. Follow the link above to complete your application online (please select "Undergraduate Domestic").  International students can also apply online at the link above (please select "Undergraduate International").  A $15 fee should accompany your online application.  Contact Kate to request a paper application, if you prefer.  A $25 fee is required with the paper application.

Transcripts

Transfer students must submit official transcripts from each college previously attended. Please send those transcripts in care of the Registrar's Office (Box 11000, Oklahoma City, OK 73136).  The transcripts must be received in an envelope sealed by the previous university attended.

The university cannot except official transcripts by fax or email.  Unofficial transcripts (for degree audit purposes) may be faxed or emailed to Donna Lamb, Degree Audit Advisor at 405.425.5208. or donna.lamb@oc.edu.

Pre-admission Tests

Transfer applicants are not required to submit an ACT or SAT score unless basic math and English courses have not been completed.  If you have not completed these courses, please send OC copies of your ACT or SAT score.

Housing Form

Please complete and submit a housing request form, including an $100 deposit ($90 is refundable through May 1). Submit your form online at the link above or call the Admissions Office (800.877.5010 for a paper application). Forms are processed in the order they are received. Therefore, it is important to submit your request as soon as possible.

If you have more than 64 hours of college credit, or plan to live off campus, please see the additional information provided at www.oc.edu/housing.

FAFSA/Scholarships

Transfer students applying for federal assistance must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Indicate that the information should be sent to Oklahoma Christian by using the school code (003165).  OC's Student Financial Services Office recommends completing your FAFSA form online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

The application for admission also serves as the scholarship application.

Proof of Immunization

Oklahoma State Senate Bill 787, affecting all public and private colleges and universities, mandates that students show proof of certain immunizations. Follow the link above for more information and pertinent forms.

New Student Orientation/Earn Your Wings

Transfer students can meet classmates, enroll, take CLEP tests and more at one of OC's New Student Orientation programs. Choose a session in May, June or August. Then experience Earn Your Wings in August as OC students show you what college life is all about. Registration should be completed for both events prior to attendance. Follow the link above for additional information and to register.
